In 2011, during Greece's debt and econ crisis when many Greeks were trying to emigrate from Greece to get a job, I tried to get a group of Greeks together to start a small Greek city in that area to be close to the main markets of the EU given Greece's geo location.
The plan is for a small business and residential town that will act as a outpost for Greece in Western Europe, post Brexit.
